The Federal Agency on Technical Regulating and Metrology, The D.I. Mendeleyev VNIIM, The International Association of Manufacturers and Enrepreneurs, International Research and Technology Association of Metrologists and Device Developers, Federal State Institution "Test-Saint-Petersburg" and JSC "Corporate group "Central Reaserch Institute "Electropribor" organize the 3^rd All-Russian Research and Technology Conference "The Methods and Instruments for Electric Quantities Measurements" which is to be held in St.Petersburg on the 7-9, July 2011.

The Programme of the Conference:

• State and working standards of the units of electric quantities and fundamental issues of electricity measurements;
• Measurement assurance in electricity measuring and testing;
• New information measuring systems, instruments and transducers of electricity quantities for various economic sectors;
• Methodological assurance of tests and measurements to assess compliance with technical regulations;
• Regulatory, tecnical and metrological assurance of electrostatic protection of electronic devices and electrostatic safety.
